Vineyard location: Jumilla – Murcia
Goblet-trained bush vines planted in dry, non-irrigated, chalky soils. Manually harvested. The age of the vines varies between 10 and 35 years old. This wine is made from a combination of different plots located in different altitudes (380 – 760 m.a.s.l.). All vines are certified organic.

Tasting notes: Medium intensity, ruby color. On the nose, quite fresh, medium intensity of delicate red fresh fruit aromas (strawberry, red cherry). On the palate, it is
easy-drinking, fruity, medium-bodied, smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Thinking in Jumilla’s wines, this one is an example of a low-bodied red, really appealing for summer period and light meals. Important to drink in the right temperature (16-18 ºC).

Goblet-trained bush vines planted in dry, non-irrigated, chalky soils. The plot is called “El Gato”, located in the Estrecho de Marin Valley, southern sub-zone of the D.O.P. Jumilla, Altitude 380 metres above sea level. Planted in 2012, in slope and south-east aspect. Low density (around 1.400 to 1.600 vines per hectare).

Tasting notes: Medium ruby colour. On the nose, it is quite permufed and fragrant. Aromas of red berries really well-expressed and balsamic hints. On the palate, the wine is juicy, charm and silky with a ligering finish.

Vineyard location: valley “Estrecho de Marín” – Jumilla- Murcia.
Trellised vines with drip irrigation. The plot is located at 380 m.a.s.l. on the valley “Estrecho de Marín”, southern subzone of the D.O.P. Jumilla. The vines were planted in 2007. Limestone soil. Cane-pruned vines. High density (1,20 x 3 m).

Tasting notes: Medium-deep, ruby colour. Clean and expressive on the nose, notes of black fruit such as blueberry and lightly hints of black olives. On the palate, it is a medium-bodied red with silky tannins, nice acidity, and finish. It is a ripe, charm and rounded Syrah with good texture. A fruity Mediterranean Syrah.

Grape variety : Blend made of 50 % Tempranillo & 50 % Garnacha
Aging: The grapes are crushed, destemmed, and then introduced in the pneumatic press. The press is drained off without pressing. Once the must is in the vessel, it is clarified by decanting. The must is chilled down (8 °C) during 48 h. After that, the must is racked to another tank and then yeasts are added. Fermentation temperature: 16-18 °C.
Vineyard location: Jumilla – Murcia
Garnacha Non-irrigated, bush vines, spur-pruned, manually harvested, and limestone soil. The plot is called “El Quemao”, located in the Marín Valley, southern
sub-zone of the D.O.P. Jumilla, Altitude 380 m.a.s.l. Planted in 2012, in a slope and south-east aspect. Low density (around 1.400 to 1.600 vines per hectare).
Tempranillo Irrigated, bush vines, spur-pruned, manually harvested, and loam soil. The plot is located in the “Herrada del Tollo” plain, middle sub-zone of the
appellation, altitude 500 m.a.s.l. The plot was planted in 2000. Low density (around 1.400 to 1.600 vines per hectare). Both plots are harvested early/mid-August.
