Our vineyards grow across the unique Jumilla land thanks to the heritage taken from Triassic rocky sand and limestone resulting into a rich rainbow of wine tones, combined with the big contrast temperatures between the summer and winter where this unique land has learned to retain the little rainfalls giving us marvelous intense fruity aromas influenced by grapes exposed to dense daylight before harvest. 

Last but not least is crucial to underline our organic production, where grapes are grown without the help of synthetic chemicals (fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, pesticides in general) and  selections of very best wooden casks we aim to obtain excellence in wines

Viña Elena following its familiar tradition has developed more than 100 Hectares only focused on wine products taking advantage of its extended artisanal experience in growing and harvesting autochtonous crops from Jumilla region by adding more than  60 olive trees hectares and another 150 almond trees hectares becoming the only winery in Spain and Europe with such unique multi-crop ecosystem offering a wide range of authentic gourmet natural land products. Last but not least to highlight other exquisite food table products such modena vinegar, beer, or marmalade ideal to shift the most demanding market needs across your top shelf.
