MALTIUM PREMIUM BEER

RESERVE ALLE BEER

Craft beer style: Reserve Ale Beer

Origin: Murcia – Spain

Malting process: Made using the traditional brewing method and haute cuisine techniques to infuse citric and spicy nuances that give rise to intense aromas besides obtaining a traditional & cutting edge Malta beer.

We have combined the traditional brewing  method used by the oldest breweries in Belgium  with infusion haute cuisine techniques to blend  the ingredients in a unique meld

Appearance: Naturally cloudy in aspect with a soft ochre hue, foamy  snow-white head and light, medium-sized bubbles

Unique flavour & aroma: Our ale’s unique aromas are achieved without using aroma hops. How? By the careful selection of four ingredients that together afford subtle flavours and aromas with spicy nuances. A  Mediterranean product with an exotic flair. Marked citric aromas interwoven with subtle sweetness  give way to a blend of spices and floral notes

Palate: We have created an ale with a citric character and spicy nuances by adding our own special touch to the traditional coriander and orange peel recipe in the form of lemon zest and pink peppercorn. Our aim is to enhance the value of craft beer as a gourmet product that enriches the culinary experience,  becomes the talking point around the table, and is the perfect match with a wide variety of food. Smooth and citric in the mouth with hints of sweetness and a delicate spicy kick from the pink peppercorn,  which leaves you feeling refreshed and wanting more.

Pairing: This wheat beer pairs well with starters such as cured meats, cheese, and seafood, as well as white fish and white meats. Maltium is an extremely refreshing ale whose citric notes help to clean the palate after every bite. It can also be used as an ingredient in cooking to marinate a variety of meats, for reducing or thickening sauces, with oven-baked fish, and with a myriad of other combinations.
